Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign up with just your email. We only ask for payment when your 14-day trial ends.

What happens after the trial?

If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only. You can still see your data, but you can't create new bookings or keep your profile published. Subscribe anytime to reactivate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do client payments work?

Pick from three modes: deposit only (collect rest in person), deposit + card on file (charge the balance after the trip), or full pre-pay. Connect your bank with Stripe Connect during onboarding to receive payouts directly.

Do you charge a per-booking fee?

Guides keep 100% of the trip price. We add a 3.5% processing fee on top, paid by the client at checkout — that covers card processing and a slim margin for HOOKED.

What if my season is short?

Switch to Off-Season at $12/mo when you're not guiding. Pick the months you take off and your public booking calendar blocks those dates. Flip back to Active anytime — one click, no penalty.

Do you have an Android app?

Not yet — iOS only at launch. Android is on the roadmap. In the meantime, everything is also available in the web dashboard, which works great on Android phones and tablets.

Can I run the follow-up marketing campaigns without writing copy?

Yes. HookedGuide ships with five pre-built campaigns (birthday, same-week-last-year, win-back, species-in-season, referral ask) that you can activate with one click and edit any time.
